Each Mechandiser is trained to fix faults and any complex problems can be resolved by any of our area managers.
Every Mechandiser's pay is directly linked to how well your machine performs on your site.
If anyone ever loses any money in one of our machines - a rare event - then each of our merchandisers has authority to refund
lost money without reference to a manager.
Every merchandiser, engineer and manager works for SnackTime - we do not subcontract and we do not franchise.
