If you do get a problem, our merchandisers are trained to fix faults and because their pay is directly linked to how well your machine performs on your site, it is very much in their interests to keep your machine well stocked and in perfect working order at all times.
And if anyone ever loses money in one of our machines – a rare event –our merchandisers are authorised to refund it without reference to their manager.
Another key factor in the quality and efficiency of our service is the strength of our distribution network. We have over 300 representatives merchandising the vending estate. In addition there are warehouse distribution points strategically located throughout the UK and Ireland, to ensure that we efficiently maintain our huge public and private sector customer-base.
