Q1: How much does it cost to rent a vending machine?

A: Nothing. Snacktime supplies vending machines rental and loan free.

Q2: What about servicing them and stocking them?

A: We automatically service and re-stock our vending machines at least once a week - there is no charge for this.

Q3: What if our rent free vending machine is running empty before the weekly re-stocking visit?

A: If we see that a vending machine is very popular, we will schedule more visits. If you need extra visits or you have a vending machine fault just call our customer service line 0845 643 20 33.

Q4: Do we pay for extra service visits?

A: No, all Snacktime free vending machines are also maintained free of charge.

Q5: What if a vending machine is faulty?

A: Our vending machines are custom made for SnackTime and have been designed to be more reliable than other vending machines. On the rare occasions when a vending machine does develop a fault, we can usually repair it there and then. If we can't, then we will simply replace it. Q6: If the staff went to the corner shop instead of buying from the vending machine, would it be cheaper?

A: All products in our vending machines are vended at High St prices.

Q7: What do Snacktime ask from us ?

A: As we install, maintain and service all our vending machines free on-loan basis, we think it is only fair that you respect our machine. We will invoice for the parts and labour needed to rectify the machine back to its previous operational condition if any damage or abuse is caused to the machine whilst on your site.

Q8: What if we want to upgrade from a "chocolate only" vending machine to a "combination machine" which vends snacks, crisps and canned drinks?

A: If your vending machine proves to be popular in your office, we can upgrade it to a larger vending machine.

Q9: Can we have more then one vending machine at our office?

A: Yes of course. Clients with large sites or offices spread over several floors in one bulding will benefit from having several vending machines, perhaps one on each floor.

Q10: The only convenient position for a vending machine is too far away from a power supply?

A: No problem - our Slimline chocolate and crisp vending machine can also be battery powered to fit into the trickiest and tightest of locations where a normal vending machines won't fit.

Q11: What happens if the stock goes out of date before it is sold?

A: We regularly re-stock the vending machines, and replace any products that are nearing their "Best Before" date. There is no charge for this.
